Once we cleaned up the property, we made sure we snapped some amazing photographs. As you know, photos really excite people and is what sells a listing.

Aerial Video
One thing we wanted to highlight was just how close this property was to the ocean. It's not ocean front, but literally a block or two away. We couldn't accomplish this with standard photography so we brought in a quadcopter, or "drone" to accomplish this task.

We needed to empty the property of it's owner's belongings and bring in a clean slate with fresh furniture. Buyers want an idea of how they can transform the space, but not so personalized they are uncomfortable changing it.

HD Video
Virtual Tours are a thing of the past. Videos is what consumers want to see today, and we took advantage of the aerial photography to create a video that captivated home buyer's hearts.

This is a must. We invited the top producers in the real estate community to preview the home and conveyed to them that it is worth much more than what the data says. They agreed, and quickly showed their buyers this spectacular home. 

Even at the asking price this property experienced multiple offers in a short time frame. This was attributed to the rarity of the opportunity and frustrated buyers looking for their perfect beach home. 
SOLD: $2,350,000
We ended up selling this home for $370,000 more than asking. Sellers walked away happy, and we think the new buyers still got a bargain. An opportunity such as this does not come up often in Pleasure Point!
